.Did any fans throw any weed on stage during any of your sets, for you to test out back stage?

D: No. No weed. I don’t smoke. But I will take some percocets if you feel like throwing something. ;)

.Just saw your CD for 14.99, do you think that’s a fair price? or do you think $10 for CD’s would be better. I can’t honestly see myself paying $15 bucks for a CD, doesn’t matter who the artist is. I’d really rather drop it on the vinyl version, some dinner, some weed, maybe a hat, or a t-shirt. It’s all going in the Iphone anyway.

D: I agree with you, but that’s out of my hands. I sell the discs for $10 at shows. $15 is a lot for anyone. Like I said, I can’t help it. This is probably why I sell more music online and at shows than at retail.

-

.Do you drink energy drinks? if so, what kind?

D: I don’t. I went through a Red Bull faze in 05. Every morning I had to knock one out. Treated it like a morning coffee. Then it got too expensive and I lost interest. I took a sip of City Real’s NOS recently. Other than that, nope. I like Pepsi.

.The listed the new CD as Limited Edition, what does that mean in terms of pressing numbers? 500, 1000 ? etc..

D: A small quantity. Rumor has it a deluxe version of Creeps will be coming out soon. Loaded with new sheeit. If you don’t have a physical copy of the currently released Creeps, I’d get one. They’ll be the last of their pressing. Who knows? You may get $25 for one on eBay. In 30 years.

-

.Why don’t you hold a CD signing down at HMV or at some mall. Drake did it, lots of people turned out, it was great! You can do the same!

D: HMV would only be setting myself up for embarrassment. I am thinking about an in-store at Soundscape or Sonic Boom in Toronto. The next tour, which we’re putting together right now, I’d like to do more in-stores in smaller shops. I even have an idea of doing a small set at a supporter’s house in every city. That could be super cool.

-

.Out of the $14.99 for your CD, how much actually goes in your pocket? I’ve heard various rates over the years from $1 to $5, is it better to do it independently to maximize profits?

D: Until I recoup my costs? ZERO!

-

.How hard is 2 questions a day to answer?.. so you only answer questions during the initial promo stages? We all have a few minutes to interact, each and every one of us, regardless of what’s going on.

D: The art never dies and always needs a push. And I don’t do this to help promote my albums. You already know about them. I do this to communicate with you. And I think I’ve been a good boy as of late. May I have a cookie?

-

.Did you ever end up wearing an ugly Christmas sweater this festive season? Similiar to the one you had worn on your facebook page last year?

D: No, not this year. My valentine and I threw on some Santa/Mrs. Claus merch. I think this year’s Xmas pic blew last year’s away. The cats were definitely more behaved this year. We need to totally change the game next year. Thoughts?
